Frequently asked questions
Where do the experiences take place?
In the workshops of artisans and hobbyists, today mostly around Lake Garda and in the provinces of Mantua, Brescia and Verona. For the online experience an internet connection is enough.
We are more than 25 people. Is that possible?
Yes, by splitting the group into several sessions or nearby workshops. We work it out together in the proposal.
What is included in the price?
The experience with the teacher and the organisation. Materials, tastings and pieces to take home depend on the craft: they are listed in the proposal, before you confirm.
How do invoices and documents work?
The teacher issues the tax document for their work; ToBePolo invoices its own service. There are two documents, and the proposal already shows the amount of each.
How are the gift vouchers delivered?
Tell us how many vouchers you need and their value, and we send you a quote. Each voucher is worth the amount you pay, VAT excluded: with a 35 € voucher, the person who receives it has 35 € to spend. Once you confirm, we prepare the PDFs with your company logo, each with its own code, and send them to you or straight to each person. Whoever receives one picks an experience on ToBePolo and books it with the code.
