What ToBePolo does, and what it doesn’t
ToBePolo runs a marketplace: it publishes the listings, collects the bookings, takes the payments and provides support. It does not organise or provide the crafts and experiences. The contract for the craft or experience is concluded between the person who books it and the person who offers it; the latter is responsible for carrying it out safely.
The distinction is not a formality: from it follow the protections you have when buying from a professional with a VAT number and those you don’t have when buying from a private individual. It is written in the Terms, and we summarise it on Payments.
The terms that apply

- Safety and Risk Policy, annexed to the Terms and forming an integral part of them: risk levels, requirements, crafts and experiences not permitted.
Personal data and cookies
The Privacy policy describes which data we process, why and for how long. The Cookie policy explains cookies and lets you change your preferences whenever you like.
Report content
To report a listing, content or behaviour that you believe is unlawful or against the platform’s rules, write to info@tobepolo.com stating the page and the reason. We’ll tell you what we decided and why.
This is the point of contact required by Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services. If a person is in immediate danger, call the emergency services first.
Ownership of content
The ToBePolo trademark, logo, texts and graphics of the platform belong to ToBePolo S.r.l. The photos, descriptions and videos of the crafts and experiences belong to those who offer them, who allow them to be used for publication on the platform.
Disputes
Before anything else, write to us: most problems are settled in a few messages. The competent court and applicable law are set out in the Terms.
