During the session we go step by step through what international organisations are, how UN agencies work, what happens behind the scenes, which skills are needed and which paths can lead to a job in this field.
It is not a theory lesson but a guided account based on direct professional experience. It explains practical examples of international work: preparing events, coordinating with countries and institutions, development projects, technology for cooperation, missions, workshops, institutional documents and diplomatic relations.
The aim is to give participants a realistic and useful picture of the UN and international cooperation, and to help them understand a world that often feels distant or hard to read.
