It starts with membership, which is free and does not commit the municipality to buy anything. Then, if the municipality wishes, there are the twelve-month programmes and the à la carte services. Amounts, documents and the request form are on the page of services for municipalities.
From free membership to the programmes
Municipality membership
Free. The municipality signs a letter of intent: no cost and no obligation. ToBePolo publishes the municipality’s page in the “Municipalities and public bodies” section, highlights the experiences that start in the area and shares aggregate data.
Patronage of an event
Free. For a crafts day or an initiative in the area, under the municipality’s rules. The coat of arms is used only within the limits of the patronage act.
2027 programmes and à la carte services
The programmes last twelve months, excluding VAT: Start €4,900, Territory €10,000, Destination €20,000. None renews by itself. The à la carte services can also be requested without a programme.
To join straight away, register the body: create the account, fill in its details (name, logo, description, official references) and whoever represents the body signs the letter of intent on screen; for a municipality, the letter is first approved by a resolution of its executive (Giunta). The page goes online once our team has activated it. A body that already has an account finds it under My account.
